New Life Therapy Welcomes You

 We are here for you.

Let us pour you a cup of coffee or tea and let’s talk. I want to know more about you. You will achieve your goals, in a non-judgemental, safe environment where you can be yourself and speak freely. I primarily work in areas including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, sleep, stress, parenting , coping skills, women’s issues, relationships, conflict, divorce, behavioral issues, and anger management. You will better understand yourself, your past and how that influences the present day. By exploring attachment, triggers, trauma and your patterns, you can break out of old patterns and learn new skills and tools that lead to a fulfilling life. You will develop all the skills you need to get unstuck. You will feel happier, more motivated, and confident.

Meet Ashley

My foundation as a therapist is built from a humanistic, client-centered approach. In practice, this means I take the time to build a therapeutic relationship with you to understand your specific needs. I take the time to understand where you're coming from and where you want to see yourself. This personalized approach allows me to use the therapies and strategies that best align with your needs and goals. My education journey began with a bachelor of arts degree in psychology followed by a human resources management certificate. I went on a path to complete an undergraduate degree in social work and then completed a masters of social work at the university of Manitoba. My journey as a psychotherapist continues as I strive to learn the most relevant and effective techniques and have learned some intriguing modalities, such EMDR and BrainSpotting. I look forward to meeting you.
